At Prophetic Regimens, we ensure quality, safety, and care in every product.

Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal and consumable products, returns are not accepted once opened or used.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt/order number)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not suiting individual body
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishable goods (herbal teas, honey, etc.)
  • Personal care items

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with:

  • Product photos
  • Unboxing video (preferred)
  • Order number

We will review and resolve your issue promptly.

Refunds / Replacements

If approved, you will receive:
✔ Replacement product OR
✔ Full refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Amount will be returned to your original payment method

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, you may place a new order after return approval.
